If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. My pregnant sister and her family were in a wreck on I-10 yesterday. They were brought to a local hospital in Gulfport and Cottons towed their van. I called and spoke to the most unpleasant woman I've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with (Christine) to see what steps needed to be taken to get their things out of the van. Christine could not have possibly been any ruder. She was of no help whatsoever to me or to Enterprise Rental. Cottons advertises that they do not close until 5:00 pm but Christine told Enterprise that she was closing early so "they better be there before 4 or they'll have to try again tomorrow." She had absolutely no concern for the people involved in the multi-car crash on the interstate. She was just awful! If ever I need a vehicle towed around Gulfport, Mississippi again, I will use ANYONE but Cottons... even if that means paying extra to use a company from out of town. I will never give Cottons or Christine another dime of my money.
