        My car broke and I needed to r...

        My car broke and I needed to replace a part that Autozone did not have. I ordered the part over the phone and took the next day off. I was told that the part would be in by 11 the next day. When I called to verify the part would be there, I was told it might be in at 12:30. When I called again, I was told that the part was never ordered. I ended up paying 3x as much to get it from the dealer. Should have gone to the dealer or another part store first. Don't rely on Autozone to do what they say they will do.
