Sales conference in Denver February 10th, visited Pack & Ship store across the road from the Westin Hotel I was staying in, needed to ship all our gear onto next stop in Chicago. Stood in line whilst husband and wife team took care of their customers who they seemed to know very well and by name. Husband (Ian) dealt with me & simply took over the project, collected the items from the hotel, boxed, packed and shipped everything to Chicago which arrived safely and on-time. I have used these shipping stores for the past ten years, had all levels of service from good to grim. This place is right at the top, so good, friendly and amusing, I had to write a review. Could not believe the previous review , boy you must have done something to rattle this pair. I find as a general rule you get the level of service you deserve. I have one question why do you keep going back spending thousands of dollars when you get bad service?

So, BJP on the "few occassions you have had to use our store" you state that you have spent "thousands of dollars" despite the rudeness, indifference and overpricing that you have had to endure. The actual truth about your spending pattern is as follows, on the 4th May 2005, yes 2005, you shipped two items to the value of $50. 44 at 4:49 in the afternoon, so please send check for the balance! (You are sure you are complaining about the right store?) We do have customers that spend many thousands of dollars in the store...you aint one of em! Five years ago we rented the space we are in from Amstar the company that pays your salary, a space that had been empty for many years prior. Through sheer hard work, long hours and dedication to excellent customer service we have built a thriving business, now a spiteful, grumpy old lady with nothing better to do would like to ruin our reputation, well BJP let me tell you it is not going to happen!1) We still do not subscribe to the particular Fed

This business receives ZERO stars from me as I have never been pleased with their level of service, but Dex required that I assign at least one star. I have used them several times due to the convenience factor as they are located in my building. Quite frankly that is the only positive thing I can say about 16th Street Mailing & Shipping Center - it is conveniently located for anyone who has an office in Independence Plaza.On each occasion that I have utilized their service (if you can call it that) they have made a point of NOT going out of their way... they have provided a minimal level of service and at times the owners have been downright rude. If there is a service they don't offer they make no effort to assist customers with alternative options and come across with a "take it or leave it" attitude. Well I am leaving it! Going forward I will walk the five blocks to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center where the service is always exceptional and they care about my busi
