Wardrobe Works

If one is looking for high-end fashion without high-end attitude and price visit Robyn @ Wardrobe Works! Customer service is her forte; I felt so taken care of! The combination of her expertise and the tasteful selection in her boutique was just what I was looking for. After a no stress, no pressure hour @ WW, I left with something special and the confidence that I had chosen the perfect place to spend my $$$!

Coming into the store I was expecting to find highly personalized service and exceptional clothing at exceptional prices. While I may agree most of the prices are reasonable, I found that some of the clothing in the store was drastically over-priced, almost twice as much as their original retail price. I also found the owner to be incredibly rude and conceited making my experience nearly miserable. This consignment store recieves one star from me because of the inaccurately priced items and the shockingly rude owner.

While this may be an okay place to buy clothes, this is a warning to all of those who are considering selling their clothes on consignment here. The owner is arrogant and snippy to sellers, marks very high end merchandise dirt cheap [even if it's brand new], and on occasion, looses items with no apology or reimbursement. I will never bring my finest clothes to her again. BEWARE!!!



While this may have been a great place five years ago, things have definitely changed.
