The food is good. Went Saturday night on the 16 on april, had the worst waitress ever. We had been on our table for 2 hours and I had to ask the buss boy to bring me water. I ended placing an order to go about 45 minutes I asked what seemed to be the manager there but she was to busy shhhing me away and when I started to walk away she grabbed my arm I let go sat down and just waited for the food. She sent the waitress back which started to argue with me cause when I placed the order nobody else said anything so she assumed that after 2 hours nobody wanted anything. She was to busy with a big group table than ours. Saturday night female manager was rude and so was a fluffy waitress.

Provided by SuperpagesI wanted to express my greatest gratitude to Joel and the staff at what is now my favorite Cuban restaurant. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary there and they made a special event a unforgettable one. The menu when having a gathering was as impressive as there regular menu. I will make it a point to stop by when in town and enjoy not only the great food but the great band that plays there.

Provided by Superpagesrecently i attended the palms restaurant during weekend, the food was delicious . i enjoy sea food and they out did them selves . the drinks and music was fantastic, i would like to thank jose lino for the beautifull music, the service was a 10. cleanliness is a big deal for me and the palms meets my expectations. the waiters and owners are very welcoming ,humble .really enjoyed my self with my family at the palms. any one giving a different review obously doesnt know quality!
