This is the most unprofessional plumber in the entire Sacramento County/City of Elk Grove. They misdiagnosed my plumbing issue and office manager is down right rude!!! No customer service, no accountability for what they don't know, and they play games!!!! STAY AWAY and American Home Shield needs to get them off their approved list of plumbers!!!!

Worst plumbers ever, please stay away!!! They said they would not even diagnose water heater issue until flue was replaced. It took more than a week to get a water heater "diagnosed" then the plumber went to his next job instead of calling the home warranty to get the ball rolling.
