The food wasn't stellar, but it was one of the only Chinese places in the area open late. We ordered to go and the staff was friendly, though they put me on hold for quite a long while.

Absolutely terrible. I wanted...

Absolutely terrible. I wanted delivery and they required that I spend 20 dollars on food just to have it delivered, only to tell me that I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food to be prepared. I haven't even tried to food yet and I am completely and utterly disappointed with their service.

I absolutely love the food! I took my mom out and we had a great time. My mother is generally very picky about her Broccoli Beef but she was ecstatic about how fresh the broccoli was! The waitress was exceptionally polite and very attentive. I absolutely can't order General's Chicken anywhere else, I'm too hooked on there version! I will definitely be ordering soon! Plus, no delivery fee!

The staff was so nice and the food was not only amazing, but i have certain health restrictions that they were able to cater to. The prices were modest and the portions satisfying. I will definetly be coming back.

Excellent portions sizes, arrived on time, hot and fresh, price was reasonable and staff was friendly, I highly recommend the Crab Rangoon it is divine. Very satisfying and great bang for the buck.

Yummy

The food here is really good and the service is also good. Very friendly and fast. I eat here at least once a week whether it be dine in or carry out. General Tso's chicken is my favorite. They have a lot of other good food too though. Nice little lounge area(hole in the wall) but I like that sort of bar. Highly recommend checkin it out.

Panda Express's Drive Through Would Have Been 10x Better

It was awful... My husband and I were going out for a long overdue date night. I spent an hour looking up reviews for Chinese Restaurants. There were two that seemed to both have great reviews, and this one was closer. Maybe those reviewers were relatives, I don't know. For $28.40 we got: 2 cups of soup (eggflower [with corn in it, it tasted like corn chowder with egg]; hot and sour [ok, I've had better]), 2 over cooked egg rolls [spring rolls, it was just cabbage inside], 4 pieces of bbq pork, a cup of pork fried rice [ok, mostly bland, not much in it other than the rice], a side plate of "chow mein" [think spaghetti noodles cooked in 1/2 of a packet of Top Ramen seasoning, yet dry, and NOTHING else], a plate of broccoli chicken [ok, but nothing special], a plate of garlic chicken [minus any garlic flavor, but ok], 2 cups of luke warm tea, and 2 fortune cookies. The mgr asked how everything was, and then walked away before we could answer. I would NEVER recommend this place, EVER!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

I ordered food from here on January 25th and it took 3 HOURS for them to deliver the food... On a MONDAY night.Secondly, we left a $0 tip and the driver took it upon himself to give himself a $3.00 tip. Seriously, I have no problems giving tips, I'm a barista so I know how nice tips are.. but when it takes 3 hours?

Displeased!

Beyond unimpressed...

I have recently moved to the South Everett/Mill Creek area and was on the hunt for a good chinese food restaraunt being that it's one of my wife & I's favorite. Starting with Ming Dynasty, we drove by and noticed it was this smaller sort of "hole in the wall" restaraunt, some of the smaller ones can be some of the best... however, this was far from the case at Ming Dynasty! First of all the wait staff was mediocre at best, but the FOOD was vile! My wife ordered as she always does... her favorite, Chicken with Brocolli... the brocolli was incredibly bitter leading me to believe it was likely too old to be serving! My wife complained of the taste and naturally I gave it a shot to see if I tasted what she had, and sure enough I had to spit it out in my napkin. It was unedible! We informed the waitress of this and she in turn took the plate of food to the back without saying much. As we sat there thinking they would offer a different dish or even an apology, the waitress showed up with

Good food, good service

I called to have food delivered. The person who took my order was friendly and personable. The person who delivered the food was, as well. And, he was about 15 minutes early, which was a good thing. :)I was impressed with the attention paid to detail in the packing. For one, the sauce for the almond fried chicken came in a separate container, which is nice because that way the breading on the chicken stays crisp. Both entrees came not only in a styrofoam clamshell, but with foil lining as well, to keep it extra hot. Instead of two separate containers for the soup, both servings were packed in one container, which keeps the soup hotter. I really appreciate it when small details like this are observed. We were quite happy with the flavor of the food as well. All in all, the best delivery experience I've had in a long time.

Door Knockers

Today at 5 in the afternoon, a door knocker for Ming Dynasty attempted to put a menu on my door. I opened the door and handed it back to her and said, "please do not place menus on my door." I smiled and she looked at me and said, "you don't have a sign saying I can't" and glared and walked away. I was totally dumb-founded.First of all: we're very passionate about recycling and feel door knockers are a huge waste of paper and energy. Secondly, we're vegan and don't eat at Chinese restaurants. I will never go to Ming Dynasty because of this, even if I wasn't vegan. And, I am letting every one in my apartment complex know about this.

Not a family place

My family and I stopped by to get a to-go order about 9:00pm on a 6/18/09 and due to the way this place is set up, the waiting area is adjacent to the bar area and watched as an overserved (drunk) bar patron purchase drugs from another bar patron with no care to who might have seen this take place. I advised the owner of this and was given an excuse that I was making up some sort of story up. My food was finally ready after over 45 minutes and by the time we got home the food was cold. I will never go back to this place.

This place is a dump, the bar area is full of drugs and drunks. I will never again subject my family to this place again.

hang up

I called to get an order for delivery. I gave the woman my address to see if it would be a problem to deliver to my home in Lynnwood off of 142nd and Hwy 99. She tells me that there will be a $5.00 delivery charge. I say ok and continue to order my two dishes. My order was about $25 total without tax. She proceeds to say that I did not order enough and hangs up on me without me even being able to say a single word. I thought it was a mistake so I called back and asked her if she meant to hang up on me. She says yes, I did not spend enough money and hangs up on me again. I am shocked at this behavior. I was never told that I had to spend "so much" on delivery and wasn't even given a chance to order more to increase my order to have it deliver. I am appalled and hope others learn from this experience.
