Pleasantville Animal Hospital of Fallston

I have been going to doc since before he built his new clinic on Pleasantville Rd;. I'v always felt the care was excellent. i take my Bearded Collie in monthly for a bath and brush out. This week I picked her up and it appeared like someone had taken a furminator to her coat. The top rough coat was shaved off and the soft undercoat is what remained. Not too handy for cold weather. She had a beautiful plume tail that was thinned down to a scraggly terrier type tail. I have numerously brought pictures of bearded collies and what the cut should look like. I truly believe someone else was practicing on the grooming as the regular groomer would never have made such a mess

I had just attempted to get an appointment with my current vet for what I thought was an emergency. I was told the best they could do was Tuesday, but that was 5 days away. I pass Pleasantville Animal Hospital everyday on my way home so I thought I would give them a call. Much to my surprise, I was told I could bring my dog right in! The receptionists and technician were extremely friendly and Dr. G was amazing! He said he would never turn away a sick pet whether they were a current patient or not.
