        Overall

        One of the best doctors office visits ever. I was seen right away, they fixed my ingrown nail that day, next day I was feeling better. A+ in my book!!!

        Thanks to Dr Hirt and staff

        I came the office with a broken ankle. The staff was very accommodating getting me in the same day. I was in terrible pain and they helped me into the office and into the exam room. Dr Hirt first addressed my pain and then xrayed my ankle and I had surgery 2 days later. He was realistic about the pain and recovery time which I appreciated. I'm now fully recovered from the surgery and making progress getting back to 100%. My ankle feels great and is getting stronger daily. Overall, everyone was friendly and nice and even remembered my name when I came in for follow up appointments.

        Overall

        While at my appt, the staff was all friendly and courteous. They even said they would check my insurance to make sure a custom orthotic was covered. Turns out they did not check with my insurance and I was responsible for orthotics costing me over $300! I would never had agreed to to get them if I knew I'd be paying out of pocket them. Very unhappy with how the account was handled!

        No waiting, great staff, Dr. H...

        No waiting, great staff, Dr. Hirt answered all my questions and spent a lot of time with me explaining the options. I knew I wanted surgery, but he still went over other options besides surgery. My foot is fixed and I could not be happier. I sent all my friends to Fenton Foot Care to see Dr. James Hirt

        One of the best medical office...

        One of the best medical office I have ever been to. I was seen before 5 minutes before my appt. time.

        Staff is friendly.

        Doctor explained everything in detail to me including surgery and other treatments. I am not pain free and could not be happier.
