Every time I go there I feel like Im not being heard. I like to buy my contacts as I need them and cannot aford to get a years supply at a time. I tell this to him every time during my exam. I say "I just want watever my insurance will cover". He always tells the girls at the counter to get me the 1 year supply because I can take advantage of the rebate, so every time I have to correct the order and have the counter staff roll their eyes at me. Then after a follow up apppointment the doctor asked me how my glasses felt and I told him the prescription was old but that I only wanted contacts. Not 2 minutes later he turns to one of the optical technicians and said"Lets help Ms. Smith get some new glasses" . Im going to find a new place.

Dr. Casagrande is one of the friendliest doctors I have ever met. The staff is also great, very friendly and willing to help you find the perfect frame. There were two beautiful, very young, very talkative female opticians there (who's names escape me at the moment) who helped me choose a very stylish and "in" frame, and I absolutely love it. It is usually very hard for me to find a frame that I actually like, but their enthusiasm and energy helped me realize that choosing a frame doesn't have to be a bad experience. Their selection of eye wear is unbeatable. They have frames in all price ranges, and even the least expensive frames are good-looking. They have their own lab on site for the fastest service I have seen. Plus they are always willing to repair and clean my glasses at no charge. Again I highly highly recommend this office if you are looking for great service.
