NAPA Care Auto Center

The Gentelman that wrote this review is upset at My wife and myself for the fact that I did not give him wholesale price of parts. His name is Luis Ruiz. He works at Thorobred Chevrolet. He wanted our shop to sell him his parts at his wholesale/employee cost. With him working there his part cost was approx 15% less than what I paid for them. His # is 480 262 6592. Call and ask him. His wife picked up and paid for their Chevy Caviler and mentioned to my wife that this is the kind of thing that he is known for. I have been with NAPA for 35 + years and never have I done any work without prior auth. His claim about us changing price is not true. I couldnt be with NAPA and do such a thing. Please keep in mind that this fellow wouldnt even put his real name on this bad review. My wife and I have been in business for over 35 years and know what some people can do. If you want to get lied to, and taken advantage of,go see Jack at Snap Auto Center...EXTREME mark up in parts (ALMOST DOUBLE IN MARK-UP)...Never EVER get a verbal repair quote by this man,after the work is completed he will raise the quote up a couple of hundred dollars, and straight out lie to you and say he never gave the original verbal quote....Word to the wise,,get it in WRITING,,because this mans word means nothing. Horrible experience, and I got RIPPED-OFF!!!...

I went there and the owner and his wife your very helpfull. I had someone else give me an est for 202.00 to fix a part. Jack was able to fix my problem in 10 min at no charge. WOW please go there. They are great. Family owned, I think their daughter works in the office also. Really worth the trip

first off I have had many cars and been to many service centers in the span of my life and have never been as disappointed as i was here they broke more things than they fixed and the manager was as rude a person that has been laid on this planet he treats you and looks at you like you are an idiot because you do not understand anything about the car and when you speak to him (jack) he leaves awkward moments of silence just an overall bad experience and would not recommend this facility to the worst of my enemies

Found this to be a pretty good place to get your car fixed. I first took my car, 2003 honda accord, to San Tan Honda. The service guy told me 450.00 to get my brakes done. Then i took it to Sun Devil on Baseline and Mesa Dr. They told me 490.00. Higher than the dealer. Jack, at NAPA Auto Care on McQueen and Guadalupe, even let me see what was wrong and fixed front and back brakes for 255.44. Big difference.
