Nick's Spaghetti & Steak House

This was my first (and last) visit to this restaurant. I was with a group of 20, which the restaurant knew before hand but were totally unprepared for. The service was slow and inefficient. The atmosphere is antiquated and dingy and dirty looking. Outside has no curb appeal. Food was not served to our table all together or any where near the same time. One entree of fish came out cold/raw. Scallops were overcooked and rubbery. Other food was just plain bland. Definitely overpriced for what was served. The only recommendation I have is to shut it down.

Do not order the spaghetti..the sauce tasted and looked like something from a can! Gross!

I have gone there many times with my family the portions are huge the service is great. They absolutely treat there customers the best

MY MOTHER AND I VISITED NICKS... IT IS MY MOTHERS FAVORITE RESTAURANT FOR VEAL CUTLET. WHEN FINISHED WE ASKED FOR A BOX FOR BOTH OF US AS WE HAVE HAD BYPASS SURGERY AND CAN NOT EAT ALOT. WHEN MOM PUT HER FOOD IN BOX THERE WAS A HAIR IN IT. SHE CALLED THE WAITRESS AND SHE APOLOGIZED. WHEN WE CHECKED OUT THE OLDER REGULAR LADY AT THE REGISTER ACCUSED ME OF PUTTING MY HAIR IN MY MOTHERS MEAL! SHE SAID "YOU PEOPLE EAT IT ALL AND THEN COMPLAIN" MY MOTHER ATE LESS THAN 1/4 OF HER MEAL WHICH IS WHY SHE DID NOT DISCOVER THE HAIR WHEN SHE WAS EATING.. IT WAS BURIED IN THE MASHED POTATOES.SHE TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOT ANYONE IN THE KITCHEN WITH DARK HAIR. SHE FINALLY TOOK OFF MY MOTHERS MEAL..THAT WAS NOT WHAT I SET OUT TO DO... BUT AFTER BEING ACCUSED OF SUCH A TERRIBLE THING AND BEING AN OFFICER OF THE COURT I WAS OFFENDED. AS A SEMI REGULAR OF NICKS..... NOT ANY MORE!!!
