Urban Stampede

This coffee shop is located in the heart of Grand Forks old town Commerce District, inside a turn of the century brownstone building. Its interior is reminiscent of what you would associate with the ubiquitous old urban coffee shops in larger cities. They offer the usual array of flavored lattes, teas, Italian sodas, as well as a variety the typical pastries. The pros to this place are the Urban Atmosphere, and the location near several bars and restaurants in the area. The detractors are that the coffee is average at best. It is usually hit or miss in taste, varying on the barista's experience. Having said that the coffee is a about a dollar less in price than that of the national brand equivalent.Its good place to hang out and surf the net on a quite afternoon or evening.
