We had Tom out to our home to clean the chimney because our house got smokey everytime we built a fire. When we bought our home, it had a gas insert which we removed so that we could enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells of a natural fireplace. Tom was friendly, very knowledgable and got along great with our dog Dave. He helped our problem (we had a hardware cloth at the top of the chimney that was choking our fire...so the smoke came in instead of going out) He explained everything that he was doing and was clean and quick! I am happy to say that we have enjoyed at least 10 beautiful fires since he was out to our house. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with a fireplace!
