        I needed to use a computer because mine crashed. I went to the local library and they had a bunch of computers there. However, I had to wait for an hour to use one even though there were some that had nobody at them. When i did get my chance to use the computer, I was only allowed 30 mintues because the guy at the reservation counter neglected to tell me the reservations are in 30 mintue intervals. Way to go with customer service!
