Budget Rent A Car

This was the WORST experience renting a car. I gave them the specific dates I would be renting the car which was for a week and a half. I also advised that I did not want the insurance.

When I returned the car they added extra charges stating I advised them I would only be using the car 1 day and insurance was added as well. Customer service was incredibly rude and stated "I could not prove anything". They did reduce the charges somewhat but they were double what I was quoted. We also were not informed that using their toll pass would be an automatic additional fee of $19.95. If I had known that I would have avoided the tollway the one time I used it. Also, a certified letter was waiting for me at my post office advising if the car was not returned charges would be pressed.
