Clearpoint Crossing Residences

NO parking. My car was towed when no spaces were available. Came home late no spaces available and did not want my car towed again so I nearly had to go to a hotel, a space was vacated after 24 minutes of me circling the complex. Rude insensitive staff, with the exception of Amy. The manager is the most rude and dismissive person ever. The staff goes on review sites and leaves 5 star reviews which is phony. No one above the manager would attempt to make the towing of my car right in anyway. It cost over 200.00 to get my car back all because there was literally no place to park. Parking is not an amenity. STAY AWAY

Nice apartments and great maintenance but if you have noisy neighbors you are sadly on your own. My upstairs neighbors are moving furniture and a crying baby is running around the apartment. Someone is pacing. Usually there are a bunch of kids running around at this hour. It is 11:30 pm at night and we get up before 6 am. New management and Richmark Properties know all about this. We were told that they can not stop them from making noise and to call the police. Others have said that they have noisy neighbors but only during the day. They are upset too. Parking is horrible! Who wants to live like this?!!

I am a resident here and I have only lived here since July. I absolutely LOVE it here. all the residents are so friendly. the office staff, ever since they took over, has been incredibly helpful and sweet. my daughter and i enjoy our time spent here and do not plan on going anywhere any time soon. i would definitely recommend clear point crossing to any one of my friends!!!

I hate to send this review becuase I myself work in the property managment industry and get irritaed with nasty reviews BUT it is also my duty as a resident here at Clearpoint Crossings to say its DREADFUL. As i have been reading i noticed ALOT of people have the same issue as i do which means they are valid complaints and concerns. I actually like my apartment, minus the constant complaint I have about silver fish and spiders (they are so disgusting) and nothing gets rid of them. Parking is a nightmare and they literally have like 5 guest spots. I have had to several times wallk alone very late at night in the rain from the front of the complex to the back, not safe. Also, the original Lincoln property staff was HORRID!!! They since have changed managment and at least they answer the phone. I still dont think the customer service is up to par for the industry, OFFICE STAFF PLEASE REMEMBER WE THE CUSTOMER PAY YOUR BILLS, IT WOULDNT HURT YOU TO BE MORE HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!! Because im in the same industry I have high expecatations on how we should be treated and im very dissapointed. I have been here for 2 years but ONLY becuase the location is great for me and I like my home. But I will not renew again next year.

All the reviews above about this place being a not so great place to live are true. I have lived here since they opened. I chose this place because it was new and the price they offered to sigh at the beginning was reasonable. After people started moving in the parking became terrible. There is no parking and defiantly no visitor parking either. After 9 months of living here 3 apartments on the same day including mine were broken into...well walked into all 3 because the person had a key to all of them! They didn't own up to this either. I am here for 6 more months because then I will be finished with school and the rent is going to shoot up to 1100 plus trash for a one bedroom! Over priced...however today I got home and the note on my door said 4 ppl were broken into. I am breaking my lease. Read this and decide on you own just wanted to share ;)

This is a noisy apartment. The floors are wooden and it makes creaking sound. I complained to the management many times but they don't take responsibility about it. All the nights, believe me, you can't sleep. If your upper unit "neighbor"(I don't want to call him neighbor) is a senseless person , your life is going to be a hell.

The place is nice and I like the lake and sidewalk, but if you can't sleep in the night, what's the point !!!!!!!

I went in today to get a tour because my fiancé and I will need an apartment in October. We ended up sitting there for 25 minutes while the leasing person discussed traffic and things to do around the area to this couple. Hello google was invented for a reason.... After orher couples waitied with no assistance and left. We ended up leaving while she then took them on a tour. Came back 20 minutes later and the couple finally was walking out. After all this waiting and coming back you think we would get a tour- oh no we were told that we could come back tomorrow because it's the policy she cannot show an apartment at dusk and wouldn't break the rule for us. It was 530 sun shining! So rude!



You can keep your attitude, over priced apartment with no parking.

This entire place was a let down. The dog droppings are out of control! It's embarrassing to invite people over when the ENTIRE complex is covered in dog droppings. Even the walkways! Parking is a disaster. Yet another reason it's embarrassing to have guests come visit. I talked to management about it and their solution was for me to pay for a covered parking. This place is already over priced. I only have one car, why should I have to pay extra to park in my own complex?? Don't be fooled and think there is somewhere else to park, the complex is on a major roadway. We have absolutely NO WHERE to park. Absolutely ridiculous! Walls and floors are extremely thin. I've lived in apartments for 8 years now and I've never been able to hear my neighbors so clearly. If you're thinking about moving here I'd think again.

Clearpoint Crossing Residences have beautiful apartment homes. I really enjoy how spacious they are inside. I have invited several of my friends over and they keep talking about how nice of a place I have. I have talked to management about the parking here and they have been super nice! I know they are working as hard as they can with this situation. They have been very detailed in their communication everytime I have a question regarding the community like the parking situation. Thanks Clearpoint! Keep up the great work!

My husband and I have been residents for 7 months now. I'm very disappointed. For the amount of money we pay and the way they carry on about the "luxury" of the apartments we expected more. They're trying to pretend to be The Camden, but they fall way short. For starters it seems as if the majority of the residents are dog owners, but apparently it's ok to not pick up after your dog here. I know it may come off as an exaggeration but the entire complex is covered in dog feces. Initially, the lake seemed like such a wonderful idea, but it's covered in scum and trash. It's actually pretty gross looking. Parking has also become a big pain. Unless you pay for parking or get here before 7pm you have to park extremely far away, and quite a few of the truck owners here seem to feel entitled to two parking spaces. Management really needs to start enforcing some kind of order because in the short amount of time we've been here the community has quickly taken a down fall.
