Houston Shoe Hospital

I recently took my heels in for repair, honestly I wanted to throw them away. One heel was missing a heel and the soles were mess up. But then a friend told me about this shoe hospital. I thought why not give them a try, after all they use to be my favorite heels. I was excited when I saw the heels again. They were like new straight out the box new. I really like the service and will be back again.

I took a pair of expensive boots to have the heel put on one of the boots. Was told to come back the following week to pick it up. Went to pick the boot up and the guy running the shop told me he couldn't fix the boot because the heal had a metal plate in it. This was supposed to be a shoe repair store! I wouldn't recommend this location to my dog Jake. The only reason I gave them a 1 star rating is because I can't give them zero stars. Terrible service.
