My nail tech, Vicky was absolutely amazing. I honestly need my nail tech to have confidence. I'll know right off top if you're not versed in the shape or style I'm looking for. Vicky looked at the instagram pic said ok told me to pick out my shape and did the best freaking ombre a bride could ask for. Going for my refill 4 days before my wedding.

Best Nail Salon I've ever been to! I love my nails! Serena (station number 10) is the best ^_^

I have been a customer for 6 years, the service is great and Priscilla is amazing! I drive here from Katy because no one does my nails the way she does! I used to get gel nail tips with powder! Now I she does my shellac manicure and always does a great job. Keep up the good work! I always recommend this place to everyone!

I I have been coming here to Cathy for about 2 years. I have never been anywhere as friendly and lovely as the staffs here. I will never go anywhere else. My 2 daughters come here too. It's always a wonderful experience.

really bad place. I've gone here a couple times do get nail polish change or mani/pedi when I couldn't get out to my favorate place in Spring. I've had an issue everytime I've gone. they charge you extra to exfoliate the bottom of your feet! Isn't that part of a pedicure??? why would you charge a customer more to do what is part of a normal pedicure? Nail techs did a terrible job putting on the nail polish. Place looks dirty and the staff is not friendly at all.

This place is TERRIBLE. The service, the atmosphere, everything about it. To start off, the ladies that work here are insanely rude, and will openly talk crap about you to their fellow workers in your face. Their manicures are awful. Not only was she rushing, she kept hurting me, and every time I told her to be careful, she would tell me "I know what i'm doing" and roll her eyes. A little while later, she cut deep into my cutitcle and made it bleed, and by reflex to the pain, I moved my hand and she was like "look, you mess up". Then, when I asked her to put some diamonds on my nails, she dropped my hand, rolled her eyes, got up and talked to the receptionist and came back and told me for diamonds it would be $8 per nail. I mean comon, really? So I went along with it, and she did an AWFUL job. The diamonds weren't put on evenly, and after she was done, she poured nail glue on top of my finger! After the two minutes in the nail dryer, I told her my nails still weren't dry, and she told me they would be fine. Now it's the next morning, and my nails look like they have been done by a three year old. Never again will I visit this piece of crap place. I would rather have a monkey do my nails. If you value your money, or at least value a decent nail job, DO NOT COME HERE. You might as well have your baby daughter or sister do your nails.

You would think a nail spa in the galleria would at least have to be decent but this is the worst. I had gone once before and not been happy with the experience but decided to give it another try. On top of the long wait you have to deal with terrible customer service and a really mean receptionist. Also once you actually get seated to get your service done the nail technitions blab amongst themselves while doing a sloppy job. Never going there again.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

First and last time ever going to this place. Went to get a mani and pedi, but ended up with a sloppy job done. It looks like something I could have done from home. Also, this is the first time I've ever experienced racism. When I sat my feet in the water, it got extremely cold really fast. I had to tell the woman that it was freezing. They also sat me in a chair without a massager. Then to top it off, it was extremely over priced. Needless to say, I will never visit again. You should beware and avoid at all cost...

I came the that place so many time before and I always happy with the service, everyone there was always friendly and they did great job BUT the most recent i came I'm not very happy AT ALL :



I feel like they are trying to rip off my money. I was originally only wanna do simple mani pedi, but the nail lady keep on trying to tell me get the deluxe pedi and shellac so i gave it a try. She did horrible job, she rubbed my feet so fast like she was in the rush, it said deluxe pedi should be around 45 min, but she did it only 30 or 35 min. Shellac was ok but she massage my hand for like only 2 min, and the design on shellac looked so weird. I was like what the ****, i even more pissed when think of the price i paid for it. So not worth it. I never pay that much for my nails, I will never come back to that place again.

Also, the way she dress was so inappropriate and unprofessional, doing nails but wear dress. I'm sorry but it's not pretty at all, that lady had weird fashion, especially the lady that did my nails, her dress is getting on nerves. I felt so crazy and regretful by let her do my nails and listen to all her offers.



This place is only good for a quick in and out, stick with what you originally wanna get done, never never listen to them about trying deluxe or do more costly stuffs, it's so NOT worth it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SPA!



Terrible Service. The person at the front desk is mean to answer questions I asked about the services. I tried to explain her the service I needed for my cuticles and she did not let me finish my sentence, instead she walk away saying all they know what they do!

I explained the lady who attended me about how I like my nails and she answered: I'll see what I can do ok? what I was asking her was to please clean well around my cuticles and to scrub my heels because they tend to be rough. She charged me $5 extra!!! to scrub my heels!



Honestly, I do not think they do that great job, they are really mean people also, still you have to pay the service, pay extra for something that officially they have to include in a pedicure service as a must like scrubbing your heels, on top of that they ask you to tip! No that I do not like to tip, I always tip but I do not think they deserve it. I will not go back there. Sorry for the long story.
