I will spend $300 for a good cut and color; but i don't have to here. Anne cuts my hair better than the paul mitchell salon i was going to, does better color, for a better price, and has a much better attitude!

Ike was horrible to me. With my inability to get to my regular salon, I went to this salon to get my color and highlights. I always get my hair colored by professionals but never before had a bad color experience. First, I called and was told that Now was a good time to get my color/highlights done. I arrived at 10:30AM and told the stylist my color auburn with highlights was what I wanted. I was surprised that she was the only one there and had to man the phones and also take all walkins. At 3:00PM my color was removed and I noticed that my hair was jet black and highlights seem to grey. UGH! I said what happened! The stylist said she put on the right color (auburn)....but yet my hair was jet black! The manager said she would do a color correction to my timeline but that I would have to pay for it. ......who could trust that? I cannot trust that my hair will be green! What a mess! They should NOT even say they can do color or highlights if they cannot! Stay away for color, save your scalp. I am going to now have to wait until I can get to my salon to get this fixed. It will probably cost me big time!
