Can't recommend this company more highly. Have to be the most natural exterminators out there. Didn't think that existed. If it did exist, didn't think it would be as budget friendly as it is haha! I've sat down with a Nature Own Pest control technician on numerous occasions regarding my lawn and my infestation. They got it under control and guaranteed something they were able to deliver. Makes me want to stand behind their product as well. I am picking up more properties so they will be my go to company for these matters.

I just cannot say enough good things about Nature's Own Pest Control. Everyone at this company are generous, honest, reliable, and professional. Here's the story. A few weeks ago, my husband and I had an overnight guest who woke up with mysterious red spots on her leg. We've all been thoroughly traumatized by the constant fear of bed bugs, so we immediately freaked out and called the first bed bug inspection company we looked up. It was not Nature's. That was a big mistake. The first company sent over a dog and handler to do an "inspection," and the whole experience was terrible and unprofessional. The handler stomped all over our furniture and bedding in her shoes, seemed hostile and distracted the entire time, and answered every single one of our questions with, "I don't know. You'll have to call the office." She didn't even do a visual inspection; instead, she let her dog do all the work. Simply put: it did not inspire confidence. I talked to Frank Whittemore the owner of Nature's Own. I had actually talked to Frank once before, about 6 months earlier, when John found a beetle in our shower and we freaked out (of course). But John looked at a photo, reassured us that it was not, in fact, a bed bug and we moved on with our lives. Apparently, right after my friend woke up with those red spots, I had left a message on John's phone during my initial meltdown and promptly forgot about it. So it came as a surprise when my phone rang and it was John on the other end of the line. "What's going on?" he asked, calmly. I told him about everything -- including our terrible experience with the other inspectors -- and he confidently told me that he could help. A few days later, John saved the day with our inspection. The two inspection experiences were night-and-day different. John was professional, well-informed, and respectful of our apartment. John took almost 30 minutes to do a painstaking visual inspection of every corner of our apartment. He answered all of my questions in detail, confirmed that we do not (thank God) have a bed bug infestation, and suggested some possible alternate explanations for what happened to my friend's face. Before he left, he gave me a packet of information about how we can protect our apartment in the future. John and Frank are more than just professional -- they are generous. Bed bugs are scary, and there are a lot of companies out there that take advantage of people's fear and panic. I know we got screwed by the first company, so I am so grateful to John & Frank for swooping in to save the day. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Trust me, if you're having a pest problem, make Nature's Own your first (and only) call. I'm very glad we don't have bed bugs after all, but if we did, I know we'd be in good hands with them.

This company is true to their word on their money back guarantee! I called them to let them know that I still had those pests, not as many as before and they came back and retreated and I wasn't charge like most other companies that keep charging you every time they service your home. My service guy was Jimmy McConnell he was very friendly and professional and he answer all my questions and I didn't feel like he was bother by coming back. He truly loves what he does and he made us feel like we are family. I would recommended this company to all my friends and neighbors. Before I sign off, let me tell you, that the price was right!

Nature's Own has been our residential pest control service for years now. They are so nice and have always done a wonderful job. The Guarantee is the best - I see a bug, I call them, they come out and I don't pay a dime extra. I would recommend them to anyone.

These folks really know how to keep bugs away naturally. The techs are super friendly and very knowledgable about what they use, and will do as much or as little as I want. They never get frustrated with my questions. As long as I keep the quarterly appointment, I have no problems. Highly recommend!!!
