Healthnet Community Health Centers

The billing dep't for health Net needs a serious overhaul. NEVER in all of the years I've had a checking account have I dealt with ANY company that was always so slow in registering my payments. THEY blame the bank-well, that's just an excuse on their part. Every OTHER bill I pay is debited from my checking account within 2-3 days-Health Net takes better than a WEEK, often more. THAT'S what happens when people of a certain pigmentation believe they don't have to work as hard at their jobs as the rest of us do. Time to hire all NEW, qualified staff at the billing dep't.
