Save your money, use TurboTax. These people are the one of the most unprofessional ones that I have come across. These ppl are incompetent and they do not stand behind their work . They make mistakes and do not ever come anywhere near accepting it. They are just there to give a shoddy service and then forget about it. They will even tell you that you need to know all the details ; so we should be knowledgable enough to find their mistakes. Mehnaz is one of the rudest people I have talked to EVER !! All is good when they get your return for you, but when Tax authorities come knocking at your door with questions , Indy tax will disappear. STAY AWAY !!! I would have given 0 stars if I could

Horrible horrible service. The owner (Mehnaz) is unprofessional and rude. She was nice when she wanted the business. She claims to have expertise in filing taxes for international students but all of us (14 people) are getting audited by IRS. She got us big refunds but used wrong tax articles for tax-filing. It caused us loss of money and time. We have to pay penalty as well as interest on the taxes due. DO NOT use this service. She was also not helpful in tax audit. The amendment she made was wrong and later she stopped replying to emails and phone calls and at one incident, she hang up on me. This service should be audited by IRS for their wrong practices. People go to tax-preparers when they do not know about tax laws and these people are making big bucks for doing wrong filing.

They helped me get ITIN and refund. Much cheaper than HRBlock or IBSN!

They will quote high refunds amount to gain your interest. Then they will take your money before sharing the actual returns with you. And then you will realize how you have been tricked and sadly you won't be able to do anything about it because they will not refund the fees to you. Both the owners are very ill-mannered and rude. NEVER EVER consult them for your taxes. They are crooks!!!
