Terrible experience I took my 2008 Chevy HHR in I heard a noise in the right front end and was told it needed a new transmission. The transmission cost would be $3000.00 dollars and was only suppose to take 6 days with no call from them 8 days later I called and was told it would be done on Monday. I was told the total and went and got a cashiers check for the full amount took it in to get my car and was told they only take cash. The cashier called the owner and he started screaming and said he would only take cold hard cash in one hundred dollar bills and said he didn't think he was that hard to get along with...he was extremely irritated and was yelling ...long story short I had to get cash to get my car. When I got my car and drove it it made exactly the same noise as when I took it in! By then I was not going back fearing his attitude. It cost me at another garage $300.00 more dollars to fix the front end and going without my car for yet another day. My car was filthy dirty greese on my light gray head liner and the sun visors were finger prints of greese as well my floor board had mud all over. Which is odd since my car was fixed in a garage. They gave me a 6 month warranty on the transmission or 6000.00 miles I heard this is not a good warranty...what a horrible experience for a women to have to go through!!!!! Or anyone for that matter!!!! I had to put one gold star or I couldn't post this... : (

I have a 2007 Pontiac GXP Grand Prix. The transmission went out a 96k took it to this facility and had it rebuilt. 2 weeks into the rebuild and it started slipping. So I called and asked to have it looked at. I was told the shop had been bought by another individual and that they had nothing to do with it. Now I am 10k into the rebuild and I need to replace it. I spent 3k with this shop only to get a halfass job. I wouldnt recommend this place to install a light bulb let alone a transmission. Save yourself some hassle and unneeded expense go to a real shop to get your transmission worked on. This place is a joke and the mechanics are smart enough to change a starter at best
