Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The only place I rent a car is from South Lakeland Enterprise. Their service is exceptional. Love that they pick you up and take you home. Usually I am given an upgrade at no extra cost.

Best rental place in Lakeland. Ulisses is fantastic and we love working with him. We rent a minimum of once or twice a month due to business and have been doing this for 16 years. Only negative is that the vehicle we reserve is sometimes not available on lot and we have to waste a lot of time waiting for it to arrive from the airport holding location. Also if I reserve a minivan with a DVD player (which I have done in the past) told ok, but when I arrive to pickup vehicle told they have not had DVDs on minivans in years. The only reason I do not rate it a 5 is because it is usually a 30 minute wait minimum even if you are the only person there.

Great experience at South Lakeland Enterprise. Reservation was perfect. Exact price as promised, car was ready on time, quick transaction, and great customer service. I will definitely use them next time.

Although I made a reservation two weeks in advance, and specifically asked for the weekend special of $9.99, I ended up getting charged $12.99 per day. Plus, I had been renting regularly for well over 1 year, and did not have to pay insurance, I was forced (at least in my mind) to pay well over $22.00 per day EXTRA for insurance even though my insurance has not changed. What I expected was around $44 ended up costing well over $200. NOT VERY HAPPY about THAT, but hey, when you do not use a credit card and use a debit card, you are going to be up against the wall. Love the cars, but am starting to be weary of these tactics.
