        This was the absolute worst customer service store I've ever been in. And believe me, I've been in some pretty bad ones. First, the store does not cater to the handicapped. One electric cart for the entire store! Secondly, I went to the window and door specialist. Ricky Cousino took down all my information that was required to be given to the project specialist. Next, I got a call from this Lowes project specialist, Randall Klopp. He rescheduled the appointment for the same day as was originally scheduled, but an hour later. On the day of the appointment, he was a no call, no show. I called back to Lowes and got treated badly by not only some other window and doors specialist that could not even speak proper English, but then the store manager, as well, who could not speak proper English either. Now I know why the store was almost completely empty.

        Great store!!! Employees are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you even!!! Needed multiple items and the associates were able to show me exactly what I needed and helped me on how to use some of the items i am unfamiliar with! My number 1 store always now!
