Mobile Vacuum Repair

I purchased a refurbished vacuum from this company about 2 years ago and i must say i am very pleased with my vacuum. He sold it to me explaining all that was done, how to maintain my bagless container and with a 60 days warranty. I have taken it to him to have it only cleaned and serviced . i would highly recommend this company as he is local and honest.

I took my carpet shampooer to him because he was the only one who worked on them in the area. when I got the thing back there was a piece brken that was not broken whenn i gave it too him. with a lot of "discussion" he gave me another part. The thing smelled like cigarretts and it made me sick to have it in my house. I ran some cleaner through it and flushed the smell out just to find out that it doesnt even work. Massive Fail and i feel like i have been robbed.
