Strambler Insurance Agency

Stay away from these guys. They are crooks. They will not let you cancel. I called several times trying to cancel and the only way I got through the secretary was by lying to her about my name. When I was finally able to talk to the agent I threatened to report him to the insurance bureau if he didn't cancel me. They continued charging for 2 months after I told them 5 times I wanted to cancel. I didn't know that they did now a debt collector is after me.

It is a Horrible agency . I don't advice anyone to deal with them. I have called them & sent E mails for more than 10 times in order to cancel my very expensive care insurance with them and they didn't respond. They Promise to cancel many times but I was surprised when the due date came and the charge my credit card 115 $ monthly fees for a car insurance.. believe it or not !! I made that insurance because I was in hurry and it supposed to b for 1 month but they have started to charge me every month !!! and ignore the cancellation Requests... What the F......
