Trailblazers was sold to new owners. It is now Truck & Auto Extras, 1098 E. New Circle Road, Lexington, Ky 40505. The new phone number is (859) 899-8900. New owners and management make a difference here. Come see the new store look with plenty of accessories for both cars and trucks now. Also, if you are looking for a speed shop they have some great new employees with current knowledge of hi-tech engines for your car or diesel truck as well as some very knowledgeable old school racers to help you with your hot rod, street rod, muscle car, or collectible.



Check them out and give the new owners a chance to earn your business.

Just wanted to extend my appreciation for Tom who works at 1-800-481-8580. I

placed a tire order 8 days ago with another member and was told they were in

stock and should arrive by Monday the 18th. I even received tracking #'s to

follow the delivery schedule. After Tues & Wed no tires, and I received no

progress from phone calls or e-mails, I called the number on your website and

spoke with Tom. He was extremely helpful identifying the computer error,

located tires and pushed through to accomplish an arrival time of 4-5 days from

CA. I just wanted to say Thanks for his outstanding assistance! I almost

canceled and ordered from Tire Rack if not for him.

I just wanted to take the time to express my thanks and inform you of a few great members that you have working for you. Back in February I purchased a bed cover from your company that was never received. Through the entire process of figuring out what happened to the cover your team members Melissa Decorie and Randy Foley stood by me bending over backwards and assisted me through the entire process. They were extremely professional and constantly kept me informed of what was going on. Weekly I would be in contact with Melissa, which for me the customer I was very pleased because that was such a big investment. I know that I am only one person but I am a very satisfied customer that will be purchasing from your company again and spreading the word to everyone about the great service and customer care that was provided by Melissa and Randy. I appreciate everything that they did for me through this process.

I would not recommend this pla...

I would not recommend this place to any friend (or enemy). I took my car there to get a remote start put into it. First, it took them FOREVER to get it done, but even worse, they completely messed up my steering wheel column. It was not put together properly and it was all scratched up. They do a terrible job!! Do not go to this business!! They have tons of bad reviews!!

I was unsure about ordering from these guys, but I read all the policies and return info, and all the fine print to make sure I understood what I was getting into, then when I was ready to order, I called and talked to a representative and they walked me through the order process, helped me make sure I was getting the right product (was ordering some floor liners and rain guards for my 2012 Ford Escape) and they also called the warehouse for me to check stock, had my items within 5 business days..I will definitely be ordering more stuff for my Escape in the next couple of months..great company to order from..and great pricing too:)

Went in last Saturday to purchase new tires for my Cherokee. Was in & our in no time. Staff was helpful & the price I got beat everywhere I had looked ( local & online ). A+ in my book. I've also ordered from their website in the past ( having had the items sent to my son in California )...with no problems at all.

Went in to get some upgrades f...

Went in to get some upgrades for my Jeep. Their showroom is geared mostly towards trucks, but when I found out all the lines they have access to I was very happy. Found out they are Kentucky's only dealer for Metal Cloak, Poison Spyder, LOD Offroad, OR Fab, Nitro Gear & Axle, Rock Krawler Suspension, BDS and some others I can't think of off the top of my head now. I had them order up some Metal Cloak high clearance flares for my rig and some Raceline Monster beadlocks. Also picked up a Bestop Trektop NX, chromo axle shafts from Nitro and some sweet Nitto Trail Grapplers... all of which they had in stock. Best of all, their prices were great! I will be back for sure. They told me they do installations as well. I work on my own stuff most of the time, but may end up giving them a shot at install of future purchases because I don't like working on my Jeep when it's colder out.



BTW... This was my first time in the store in a while. I got a top and stuff for a Jeep I had some years a go from Trailblazers as well. I never had a negative experience there, but I can say that the way the store looks now compared to back then is night and day. Keep up the good work! Only suggestion would be to have more off road stuff on the showroom floor.

i was in lexington over the holidays and stopped in ive never seen a store that huge with an unlimited selection and the staff was helpful and knowledgable as well i was waited on by NICK what a great and friendly guy not only did he beat out sum of the other places id been at he even matched sum pricing i found cheaper online normally i dont post these things but i had to tell people about my great experience i had with them and nick i highly recommend them.

i wanted to say if you are in the Lexington, Ky area and looking for anything for your truck or car you should definatly go the Trailblazers Truck, auto , and Van accessories Center. The staff was friendly and very knowledgable. I need to order an Extang tonneau cover fo rthe back of my new 2011 Ford F150, they showed me the different styles and helped me pick out the right cover that I needed. They had the best price too. That was the best part. I tried three other places before I checked out Trailblazers and they blew everyone else right out of the water. The cover had to be ordered for me but I had the cover within 4 days. THEY MADE MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE SUPER! THANK YOU TRAILBLAZERS!!!!!

Has more stuff in their showroom than any other place in Lexington or anywhere else I can find. The people who work there know there stuff and can get good prices. They've got access to tons of brands that aren't on the showroom floor too. They're the only place I'll go to to have stuff done to my truck or Jeep.

Once again Trail Blazers made me a happy customer. I wanted to get me a bed cover for my truck I got back in last year. They staff was very helpful and professional. I told them I wanted something easy to install without spending a lot of money. They recommended the extang express bed cover. I got a great deal on it. I went down to the warehouse to pick it up and had it in the back of my truck within minutes. Got it home and it took no time to put together and it was easy to install and more importantly it looks great. I will defiantly recommend Trail blazers to my friends and will return again. Top notch service! BJS

Bought a Grill guard from thes...

Bought a Grill guard from these guys and was told it'd take about 7-10 days for delivery. It arrived in about 5 days and I drove up on a Saturday to have it put on. Price was good and labor wasnt too bad either. Overall good experience, just wish the item was in stock but can't win them all.

I have never had any problems buying from them nor returning items. Actually, just recently I purchased a few items ( grill guard, nerf bars, & a tonneau cover ) for family...both through the website & in store...for Christmas. Had no problems in finding what I needed. The employees I dealt with were helpful & went above what was needed & did research to get me the best product for what I needed. Actually saved me money too.

NEVER AGAIN!

- Short and Sweet Version: It's taking over 3 weeks to deliver something that should have taken 3-4 days.



- Long Version: I ordered a grill for my Tahoe on December 15th which was a Tuesday. I paid for it in full and they said to call on Friday because it may be in; since it's coming from California, it would take about 3-4 days. I called them on Friday to find out it wasn't in. With the Holidays, I didn't expect it to be in. I left for vacation and when I returned, I called on the 28th, which was a Monday. They said it still was not in and may be pushed back because of the holidays and to call back the next day, which I did. This went on for a few days with me calling every day only to find out it wasn't in. Finally, I decided to go in to the store on the 30th to find out what the problem was. The associate called the company and was told that it was shipped that day; he then told me to call on Friday because it should be here. Friday comes, no grill. Saturday, no grill. The associate says he will call the company and call us back to let us know what was happening; I never got a call back. So I call AGAIN on Monday with no luck and I called again today with no luck. Again, the tell me that they will call the company and wants me to call them back at 4:45.



SECOND REASON I WILL NEVER GO BACK: One of the associates that originally helped me was a complete moron. Every question I asked got a stupid smart @$$ joke or comment in reply before getting the real answer and I wasn't' the only one he was doing this to. A gentlemen working for the department of forrestry (I think it was) came in because the winch they installed was no longer working. He was asking what he needed to do in order to get it fixed and to find out the problem; this same associate fed him smart @$$ answers until the gentlemen spoke up and told him he wasn't joking and was being serious.

Stay away.

This place needs to find new employees. They ignore you unless your a girl, or a pushy red neck.

The other two reviews here are right on the money, i just went to look at the nitrous kits - they wouldn't give me the time of day.
