Culinary Art students prepare an elaborate breakfast with many wonderful choices. We will be offering a carryout service on Thursday mornings from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., September 9 through December 16. There will be no breakfast service on October 7, 21, November 11 and 25. The cost is $12 per person. Please note: Because students prepare the food, the schedule is subject to change. Please call 734-462-4488 to confirm that breakfast will be offered.

Lunch is served Wednesday through Friday with seatings at 12:00, 12:15, and 12:30 p.m. Savor a gourmet lunch prepared and served by Schoolcraft's Culinary Arts students. The menu, which changes daily, includes freshly baked breads, soup, salad, a choice of entrée, and a selection from the tempting dessert table. All items on the menu are à la carte. The American Harvest Restaurant will open Friday, September 3 and continue lunch service through Friday, December 17. There will be no lunch service on October 6, or November 10, 24 – 26.
