Hour Glass

I got a pair of prescription Gucci sunglasses from them last June. They called my doctor to get my correct prescription and the glasses were ready within the promised time period. They were the most accurate glasses I've owned in a long time and improved my vision perfectly. They are also very stylish and the price was reasonable. I went back in September to get regular glasses and was once again totally satisfied with the price and quality. They have a huge selection of frames in all price ranges. The owner has been there for 28 years and has a large following of loyal customers.

i had the displeasure of visiting this store.when i first walked in nobody really paid me attention,i started to walk out when the lab person came out and ask me what i was looking for .he managed to persuade me and eventually sold me a pair of expensive glasses he gave me discount off a second pair and i was pleased.about two months after i had these glasses they broke so i took them back because he had told me i had a year warranty on them.unfortunately for me he no longer worked there and the owner was just the worst person i ever encountered.after pulling my file she said i was not charged enough for a warranty but she would help me.with food on her hands she took my glasses and told me to come back in a week.when i returned i looked at the glasses and they had been soldered and they looked horrible.i told her i spent over $800 for glasses to look the way they did.she said i didn't pay enough.she offered to sell another pair.i walked out and left the glasses.
