        Unfortunately kaiser staff booked me incorrectly sending me to multiple sites on the same day (none of which saw me due to scheduling confusion). After being told by everyone I would just have to book another appointment a month away, Ayana at the front desk took the time to figure out the issue and get me connected to a supervisor who booked me for the next morning. Extremely grateful for Ayana’s support as a kaiser rep and making sure I got the help I needed
