Watertec

This outfit sold a pump controller that was mismatched to the pump they provided. After being returned and purchasing a unit that would work with this pump, I was told that they could not credit ANYTHING for the controller. This is a controller they sold as part of a system that they had outlined and designed. While errors happen, the customer should not pay for it, and this error was Watertec's. I have found the customer service poor, communication, exceptionally so. The manager has left this customer feeling unwanted - and this, long before this most recent costly error and return. Cost to me: $650 USD without any recourse. I'll do my shopping elsewhere from now on.
