They misdiagnosed my car..tried charging 800 for a water pump lol i took it to Someone else it was a clamp he fixed it cheaper than what they charged me to tell me what was wrong with it..n they were wrong..scammers..they owe me 100$ for misdiagnosis.they dont know what they're doing..at all

my toyota rav-4 was running like a sewing machine friday. saturday, there was a loud noise close to the exhaust manifold. the temp. guage did not rise. there was normal exhaust. loss of power. i knew enough about engines to know i needed an expert. i took it immediately to advance muffler on summer around 9:90. filled out the paperwork. it was the flex pipe coming from the exhaust manifold. it was ready by 11:30! these men, and the workers, are expert mechanics. if you even have major engine problems, they have the equipment to diagnose it, although they do not do major engine work. i have taken several cars there before. the place is clean. well kept. i was immediately struck by customer comments in picture frames along an entire wall. satisfied customers. the small businesses in this country need our business, people! i was struck by the honesty and integrity of the owners, as well. don't go anywhere else!

After spending $150.00 with discount muffler, our 03 jeep liberty was still making the same lound sounds, having the work done on labor day, I thought it would stop once we broke in the new muffler. I was wrong. So, I called Chris down at advance muffler and they advised us to just bring it in, and let them look at it. We did. Wow, I was so wrong for going to discount, I spoke with Chris and the very friendly staff, they assured me it would be fixed and done right. Regardless of the amount, they had our little jeep back up and running without the lound sounds, and its a pleasure to drive again. I will always take our cars there from now on. Chris you and your staff rocks! You looked at our Jeep, made some suggestion, and now Im very happy again. I will always toss business your way. i dont know who this other guy is talking about. the guys at Advance Muffler were more than fair with me. i too am a business owner who had my converter stolen and they took care of me quickly and got my service vehicle back on the road without missing a beat. and it was at a fraction of what the dealer wanted for the repair.in fact the dealer was the one who recommened them to me..it is unfortunate when someone is a victim os a theft but its refreshing to have good honest people there to help you if you need them.i would recommend them to anyone.

"ASE" Certified yeah right no such thing with advance muffler!!! nothing but shade tree mechanics. Oh and by the way if your a business you can expect to pay more they have 2 different sets of prices and if your converter gets stolen they charge you the cost of a dealership with out the warranty and they still use after market converters not oem. Example your dodge truck has the converter stolen normal would cost approx $300.00 to replace, they would charge you the cost of the dealership that would be approx $900.00. The dealership convert would come with pipe and everything but that's how they do business. But check this out if the cost is to much they are more then happy to "knock the tax off" and not charge you any sales tax but I do think that's legal to do so be careful!!!!
