Before I placed my item in I told and showed the rep. that there were no scratches or marks and told him that I would like to retrieve it that way. Due to my surprise within less than a month of being in there, there were marks and the current rep. stated that they couldn't do anything about it and stated they are not responsible. I will never again take my important priceless items here, neither should you.d because
