The Tattoo Spot

Quin, Quinton, whatever his name was, was much less than skillful. He applied too much pressure, leaving scabs. I left with a napkin over my tattoo & tapped wrapped around my leg to keep in place. My wife saw this & quickly changed her mind about being tattooed here. She went to Touch of Ink & received greater than average service. This place is a definite skip. I wish I could give it a third of a star for effort. One more thing I should add..."guys, if you are going to charge so much, please have the skill level to back it up!"

When I look for an artist to put a permanent piece of artistic work on my skin, I take extreme care in looking for a reputable artist. I have found that the best information comes from people who have had many experiences,( good and bad), with many tattoo shops. Word of mouth and LOYALTY to a tattoo shop goes a long way when someone recommends a shop and artist. This is why I write this review telling each person who reads this review that the artist`s and body piercing expert at THE TATTOO SHOP in Memphis, Tn. are BY FAR the most experienced at their craft with MANY decades of experience! I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND MIKE FOR BODY-PIERCINGS AND MIQUEL FOR ALL COLOR, BLACK/GRAY, TRIBAL, PORTRAITS OR SPECIFIC CUSTOM ARTWORK! Miquel has a very unique ability to CREATE AND DESIGN ANY CUSTOM IMAGE FOR A CLIENT!

THE TATTOO SHOP IS 100% CLEAN, 100% STERILE AND ALSO 100% GREAT ATTITUDES AND AN ATMOSPHERE FAR ABOVE THE OTHERS!

I WOULD LIKE TO ALSO STATE THAT "I AM NOT" AN ARTIST OR PIERCER AT THE TATTOO SHOP, BUT A CONVERTED LOYAL CLIENT!!! GIVE MIKE AND MIQUEL A CALL AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!

I found the tattoo spot to be one of the few shops thats seems to be pretty ego and attitude free. Just a bunch of guys doing what they love, no prima donnas or rock stars wanted or needed there. Very clean and professional place.
