I would not use this service! Mike Whitely Plumbing responded to a request from MLGW to come to my home to fix a leaky water meter. When they arrived at my home they got out of their truck, checked the water meter and noticed the meter was spinning (meaning water was being use). When I looked out the window I saw them digging up my yard. I immediately went outside to ask them why. The tech/plumber told me that my meter was spinning and he was looking for the leak. He then asked me whether I had water turned on in the house (Notice he started digging up my yard BEFORE he confirmed whether or not I was home and using water inside the home). As it turns out the reason the meter was spinning was because of a leaky toilet. They could have found this out BEFORE digging up my yard if they had merely knocked on the door and asked the necessary questions. I am now having to file a claim with MLGW for the damage done to my yard. This is basic incompetence! I would not recommend this plumber.
