SCAMMMMMM ALERT!!! all the positive reviews are a scam. i was living there for 2 years, it is true, noisy apartments, the issues takes days and days to be fixed, they are extremely rude in the treatment, i have a friend living there now almost the building is empty, they raise the rent once per year and never change nothing,they give you the apartment dirty, and the carpet full of spots, they take forever for give you back your deposit, omg, STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE, around the place are tons of studios 100 bucks cheaper, omggggg, the WORST RENT OF MY LIFE, GO THERE AND YOU WILL REGRET IN 3 MOTNHS.

I absolutely love my townhouse...I have been here now for about three years and plan to stay indefinitely. Not having to worry about upkeep, lawn care etc is priceless as I have no time between work and hobbies. Any issues that I have ever had were dealt with in a rather expedient manner and I have found the main office staff as well as our on site manager to be very accommodating and personable. I fully recommend Trike and especially Parkwood.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER!!!! Do not ever rent from this company. It will be the worst decision of your life! In Milwaukee, I request maintenance, they come and dont fix things. The state that things seem okay when they check it out. They do not think bugs or other peoples showers leaking into your apartment is a problem. They have problems with getting my rent, even though i always pay on time. This has been the most miserable renting experience of my life! I am so extremely dissatisfied. I don't understand how they can get away with treating their tenants like this! They said they would clean the place, paint, and plaster before i moved in--which they did not. I found that out on the day i moved in. They are horrible! It's disgusting to see that a business can be run this way. ZERO STARS!

STAY AWAY!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the worst property "management" company I have every dealt with. When I initially moved in, everything was fine; the price was right, I had a spacious apartment, things were quiet. Then they decided to lease to Crazy downstairs. For a few months, things were normal. Then all of a sudden, her two loud children showed up and were living there? Then out of nowhere, she comes banging on my door accusing me of calling the cops on her, which I most certainly did not. She is cussing at me, so I closed the door, which led her to stand on the front lawn and cuss at me - ghetto style. She then calls the cops on ME for reason still unknown. Cop call #1. A few weeks later, I heard a noise outside, only to look out my bedroom window and see cops on the front lawn with GUNS. Again, ghetto style. They are banging on her door until 2am trying to convince the felons she was allowing to live with her to come out. The cops finally kicked the door in and arrested two males. Cop call #2. She FINALLY got evicted. Months later, the girlfriend of another fine specimen living downstairs accused me of hitting her chromed out, 22-inch rimmed car, which I most certainly did not. She called the cops on me. Cop call #3. Bottom line - Trike rents to whatever scum they can find to pay. I am a 3.9 college grad, working full-time as a teacher and have never had any interaction with the police until I moved here. If you aren't looking for ghetto drama, STAY AWAY. In addition, the hallways and carpets were never cleaned (I lived there 18 mo), the maintenance man found dead birds in the attic because I SMELT them for days and threw them on the side porch... there are still dead bird skeletons there to this day, the roof shingles were all over the yard every time it was windy, there is only street parking, the units are OLD and nothing ever gets replaced, painted or fixed and you are surrounded by crazy lowlifes. I saw a property manager around the building twice while I lived there unless I called to tell them what was happening in their own buildings. They are there to get your check and could care less about anything else.
