I used to love this place.....til they called to confirm my appt for my kids and I wasn't home, so they left a message. I guess they wanted to book someone else. Since they couldn't get a hold of me, they cancelled my appt. So when I came in that day, they said I didn't have an appt because they scheduled someone else because I didn't call back to confirm my appt!! It's just common courtesy not to make any changes until you can talk to the first party!! ...as though I thought!
