They said they couldnt service my 1 year old hoover rug shampooer (which has a 2 year manufacturers warranty) without a receipt, another place I tried in aurora had no problem with doing warranty work on a new machine without a receipt. They misdiagnosed a problem with an internal leak from a connection that was visibly loose. When I brought the shampooer in initially I pointed it out to them, but they got me for $50 a new upper tank and reattached the hose for no charge. I would have been okay with that if their fix worked but that connection came loose after about 5 minutes of use at home. Their repair job on my shampooer was either incompetent or dishonest, I m not really interested in which one.

Avoid this shop, Prices are 5x higher than others shops. Salesmen use very slick sales tactics to try to sell you on unneeded repairs. Save yourself the headache and take your equipment elsewhere!
