Ash Webster himself squeezed me into his busy schedule,.He inspected chimney, conducted a simulated burn and educated us on fireplace safety. He noted that our fireplace was in excellent condition and showed us a view up the flue to prove it. When he was done, he simply shook our hands and said "Merry Christmas". Wow!!
