        Finally a repair service who serves with honesty and integrity! Mike came to our house quickly to repair our refridgerator. We will definitely call him again with any appliance problem! With large companies you never know which technician you will get and if they will be knowledgeable and honest. With Cost Cutters small business, you get Mike! Thanks for all of your help Mike!

        Spoke with owner over the phone and as soon as I told him the problem with my freezer he was able to tell me the brand and age of it based upon his past experience. He explained the problem to me and gave me suggestions without charge. Will never call another appliance repair company as long as this one is in business......

        On Jan 21 ,2013 my Kenmore washer became an aquarium. It just was not going to drain.I called Mike mid afternoon on Jan 22 and he said he would be at my house by 1pm on Jan 23. He was on time. He walked into my laundry room and before he set his tools down he told me he knew what was wrong. 20 minutes later he was saying good buy. His price was great and he backs up his work if you have any problems . Great price, great person and a quality fast repair. Like me, know your limitations and call Mike. You will be impressed.         My refrigerator stopped coolin...

        My refrigerator stopped cooling I called mike at 645pm on thursday and he agreed to provide service. Mike was very professional, fast, and very fair on the price. Half the price of A&E (Sears) The ratings I provided says it all.

        Mike found our problem quickly and fixed it. He was very helpful and only charged a service fee because he really didn't install any parts and there was little labor. We'll definitely call him again
