I have been going to Outerwear Outlet for some time now. Their service and quality is second to none. They bend over backwards to help you out. When you walk in the door your greeted with a friendly smile, like family. If you cant find something or are looking for a certain item, just ask. The staff is always willing to get you what you need. If you ride or are looking for a gift for someone who does, this is the place to go!

The service that they provide and offer is second to none. All of the businesses that I went to in the past always had hidden tricks up their sleeves, and it got old very quick. Though, with this store they have no tricks. They are always straight forward and very friendly, and if they don't have something in stock they do their best to find it and call you if they can or can't get it in; also they have the largest selection of leather that I have ever seen. GO THERE WELL WORTH IT!!!

Horrible ownership. Woman owner is nasty with horrible attitude. Products are no different than any other bike shop. Not one employee can give a straight answer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
