        bad phone system

        once you call into the store & want electronics, you can hold on forever!!! i once called back several times!! they have a very bad system! this was after christmas, just recently!! it always happens anyway---! i usually need to check out a game for my grandchildren before i drive over---i dread it!!! it is also the same when you need the regular departments!
