I went in to get a White Gold Engagement Ring Refinished, just a basic Repolishing and Re-Rhodium Plating. The Price was reasonable at $35 but I was disappointed to learn it would take 2 days to finish it, and i was given several excuses as to why it would take so long. You should never have to leave a 1 Carat Diamond ring a few days in a jewelery store you dont know, and for such a basic task..... I ended up going to "Art Craft Jewelers" in Roselle, Same Price buuuut he told me he'd have it done in less than 30 Minutes and guaranteed his work!!!!! It actually took less than 15 minutes and I waited while he worked on my ring and I can say it looks New again!!! No scratches and a bright Rhodium Plating!!! Now that is Great Quality Service and on the spot Repairs!!!!

I love all of them who work there. They are the best. They really know how to care for you with showing, teaching and fixing your jewelry. The prices are much lower than other stores I have been to in the past.

There are just a few full service jewelry stores left in Oak Park these days. Harrison Jewelers is the best as they carry fine quality jewelry in up to date styles. There prices are much better than the other stores and I know because I write articles in local newspapers on where to shop for the best money can buy. They do watch repair and also have a goldsmith in the store. Custon design and diamonds are their specality along with repairs. By the way they repair everything and almost anything. The owners Jack and Barry will do everything to make you feel welcome in their store and Betty is just wonderful. I was talking to them last month and the 3 of them have over 100 years experience in jewelry. Now thats a lot of experience!!! Check them out!!!
