In July I was extremely lucky to have Swift Exteriors remove my old roof and upgrade it with a new one. From the beginning to the end of the process Mike and Keith were a pleasure to work with and made the experience very easy for me. The layout of my roof proved challenging to work on but the workers took their time to insure the work was done right and to a high quality. Any concerns or questions I had in the process were addressed an answered immediately. My experience working with the company was beyond better than any other company I have ever worked with in any home project, so having Swift Exteriors repair and paint the siding of my house was an easy decision. Again, the process of working with this company for major home renovations was a pleasure and the finished product was perfect. Their pricing for all of the work completed was very reasonable and competitive with other similar companies, but what makes this company special is their dedication to their clients and the high quality of work performed.

Recent thunderstorms pretty much destroyed our two year old roof leaving it in need of replacement. We were contacted by numerous contractors to do the roofing work. However, we had had Global Roofing and Construction (Swift Exteriors Inc) previously do some repair and modernization work for us so we contacted Mike to prepare an estimate of repair of our roof. Mike checked out our roofing damage, then provided an estimate of the work and materials required along with the estimated cost for the replacement, and finally, he answered all our questions regarding the replacement. Most importantly, the replacement work was started and completed precisely on the scheduled dates. The work crew was careful with our property, plants, and outside furniture. They did an outstanding job on the roof, and finished as scheduled. As planned, they completed the major roof replacement on the first day and returned early the next morning to complete the finishing work and clean up of the entire area. Their total job performance was highly professional, and far superior to the contractor who had replaced our roof two years previously. At the time of our roof replacement, several of our neighbors were having their roofs replaced and repaired. Some spoke of their displeasure with the work performance and attitude of the work crew, and the clean up that followed. On the other hand, we have been very happy and completely satisfied with our new roof and the work performed by Global Roofing and Construction (Swift Exteriors Inc). We strongly recommend Global Roofing and Construction (Swift Exteriors Inc) to perform any roofing, remodeling and special project jobs.



Recently, Mike and his workers have performed exceeding well in rehabilitating an older home for us. The totality of the job entailed roofing repair, plumbing fixture replacement and repair, water damage ceiling repair, wall replacement and repair, electrical fixture and ceiling fan replacement and repair, and kitchen cabinet replacement and repair. We found every aspect of the job to be completed in the most professional manner. We are convinced, you can’t find a better price for quality work being performed by an expert and professional team. Mike is a man of his word. We trust him to ensure that every job is finished to our complete satisfaction. We commend Mike without reservation.

After the storms (May & June), my roof was in need of replacement. I contacted several contractors and decided to hire Global Roofing (now Swift Exteriors Inc) to do the work. Mike came out and took his time looking at my roof, taking measurements and writing up an estimate, as well as answering my questions and making sure I understood what work would be done and what materials would be used. His crew was outstanding! They started the job on a Thursday when there were storms predicted, the crew removed half the roof and replaced it, finishing up just before the storms rolled in. They came back out the next day and completed the roof and cleaned up the area. The clean up was amazing. My neighbor had just had her roof replaced a few weeks prior to me and her contractor left a mess in my yard that I had to clean up.



I am extremely satisfied with my new roof and the job done by Global Roofing (now Swift Exteriors Inc) , I have recommended Global Roofing (now Swift Exteriors Inc) to co-workers, family and friends. I will be calling on Mike again for some home remodeling projects as well as replacing the roof on my addition. The professionalism and quality of work for the price just can't be beat.

Global recently did some remodeling work in my bathroom, and I am so happy with the results. They were so professional, to the point, and easy to work with; most importantly, the quality of their work surpassd my expectations. For anything I need in the future, Global will be my number one choice!
