Amazon Prime order guaranteed to be here 8/30. On 8/31 I was called by Lasership from an unlisted number leaving me a message that the driver tried, but could not get into my community and they would try on Tuesday 9/3.



I looked online and called the number on Sat and got the guy who left me the message. I gave him the code to get into my neighborhood and he promised delivery on 9/3 (day after Labor Day).



On 9/3 I called the same number at 5:45 pm and was told it was on the truck and that it would be delivered by 8:00pm. Right now, it is 8:30 pm and Amazon is investigating. If they can't get resolution tonight, they will refund my order.



I do not recommend using Lasership as a carrier.

What can I say about Lasership? If you want your package delivered several days late, be berated by the supervisor of the Orlando facility because 1) your package didn't come because they didn't get to you and 2) they will deliver 2 days later because that driver is off for the day, by all means, choose "Laser"ship. However, if you would like you stuff delivered on time (like you paid for and were promised) and with a smile. Choose anyone else. Even the US Postal Service can get that right.

Bought a simple keyboard adapter and two day shipping through Amazon. Its been 7 days, every day its been delayed "due to external factors". I've called and gotten nowhere. I ordered another adapter from a different company and using UPS. Everything arrived in two days. That package is still being cycled and out for delivery. Sad, pathetic company.

Ordered Amazon Prime, 2 day delivery on Sunday. Product shipped on Monday and arrived at Orlando facility early AM on Wednesday at Lasership facility. SAT at facility for two days! Called and they told me, "they are a bit behind". WHAT A JOKE! I hope Amazon drops them for shipping packages as they can't handle it.

Package arrived early, and they deliver earlier in the day than UPS or FEDEX. Thanks!
