Great team to meet all my dental needs. the dentists are very professional and skilled. The other team members, assistants, hygienists, and office went out of their way to take care of me.

They took forever, to let me in for a toothache, couldn't figure out what was causing it, told me insurance would help pay for it, but ended up just charging me more money for a service they didn't provide. I called them but they would not help.

The office can not be trusted to give good estimates. I was told I needed a root canal and 3 fillings. Cougar Dental gave me an estimate for $803; about half was to be paid by my insurance. Coverage was denied and Cougar Dental mailed me a bill for $1336.00. I went in to ask about it and they told me coverage was denied because there was a 6 month waiting period for the fillings and a 12 month waiting period for the root canal. I asked them if they knew about the waiting periods when they gave me the estimate, and the office manager said it wasn't her responsibility. She never once apologized, but made me feel bad for not understanding my insurance. I got a copy of my patient record from the receptionist and she showed me a section that said "Waiting Period:" and they had written "6 mos basic/ 12 mos major." She told me they got that information a few months earlier when I first became a patient. Based on that information, the estimate I was given was false. They never apologized.

Great experience, on time, friendly staff. Convenient location for BYU students. I would recommend them.

I can honestly say that I love Cougar Dental and Dr. Matthews. Our family has been cared for so thoughtfully and we feel like "member" of the family when we are here. They even had balloons and a treat for my son on his 16th birthday. I highly recommend Cougar Dental!!!

I came here first to get my wisdom teeth out before I left on a mission. I had a great experience. The staff made me feel really welcome and comfortable. I remembered how my experience went 18 months ago and wanted to return for treatment after I returned. That's why I am back!

Everything was great. The staff and dentist are always friendly. The girl who cleaned my teeth today did a great job. It was a pleasant experience today as I came for a cleaning and not for fillings. Wait time was short.

I was never a huge fan of going to the dentist, but coming here was been a positive experience. The staff is professional and communicates with me to always meet my needs. I have never had an issue with billing or getting an appointment that fits my schedule. These guys are great!

My visit here was great! The staff was very informative about my teeth, but also really friendly. The location was super convenient and I was pleasantly surprised that it was just like going to my dentist at home. I especially liked that they didn't ask me questions with 100 things in my mouth.

Awesome experience - needed a dentist in an emergency. Made the call - Cougar Dental was the only office that answered the phone on a Friday and I was seen first thing Saturday. Delivered what was promised. Now all our family will be transferring to Cougar Dental. Great staff, awesome dentist, fast service.

Having had several root canals and fillings in the past, I've always needed 7-12 shots to numb me. While this visit was just for cavities, it's only take 6 shots and Dr. Stapley was by are the most patient and least painful when it came to administering the shots. I would recommend him to anyone.

I love coming to Cougar Dental. I've been getting my teeth cleaned all my life every 6 months and I've never been so happy with a dentist. Corbin Matthews is an awesome dentist and I would recommend anyone to him. He always takes care of my concerns and listened to what they are. I've never left the office unhappy.
