9th And X Self Storage

9th & X Self Storage, located at 2410 9th Street in Sacramento, California, has been sold, effective December 7, 2011. The facility will be managed by the operator of two other self storage properties located in the north central valley of California. Of course, we very much appreciate the continued business and loyalty from and by our current tenants. We will be working very hard to provide the finest service possible so that we may deserve their continued tenancy.
