a1 maintenance

The absolute worst. Did ½ of my tile and now he is nowhere to be found. 5 unanswered phone calls and no response to texts. Had to hire somebody else to fix all of his mistakes. Tile was not level. Tile spacing was off. Just a really bad job on the work that he actually performed. Gave him $750 up front now I'm out that money. Maybe he'll finally respond after seeing this review. STAY AWAY!

I called A1 Maintenance mainly because it was local and I wanted a fast estimate. When that was done, I had a new kitchen floor with ceramic tile put in, and also a new patio sliding door. The work was done on time, with a real good price too. I picked out the tile and am real happy with the look.

Our old front entrance needed a do over! Jeff installed a new front door with accompanying leaded glass panels and painted the outside wood trim contrasting colors to accent the new door better. He laid ceramic tile in the foyer with decorative trim tiles around it (his idea, not mine). the result was better than I conceived it before he asked to do the little trim tiles! He has an artistic eye. His price was terrific and his work was too. We are proud of our new entrance.
